At 9.10am sharp, we were called in for key collection. The officer, Mdm Cher was a great help in explaining the procedures. Our monthly repayment was confirmed at S$800+ via CPF deduction. On top of that, we needed to pay for our present flat (since sales not yet completed) at S$500+ till the unit was sold. Fortunately, both our CPF contributions were able to cover the repayment for both flats. Thanks to hubby as he paid the bigger share of it... :P
A hour later, we were the owners of a new flat! Mother-in-law has offered her kind help in the door-opening ritual. Hubby wanted to involve the kiddos too. So we rushed home to get them all to the new flat :D We took a few shots of the flat in raw form. Though floorings were already provided, from the pictures you could see lots of improvement could be done.
Sigh... the crazy renovation is about to begin...
