The designer-in-charge, Desmond Tan, has promised to sweeten the package with solid top kitchen and false ceiling (instead of L-box only) for living and dining area. In term of prices, this firm offers the lowest. As for workmanship, hubby's pal has offered quite a good verdict after using Desmond's service. (ya, the same designer coincidentally :P) Fingers-crossed.

Other capentries like TV console, Household shelter wall feature etc. we should be sourcing them from cabinet makers. Hubby's pal has generously given us many direct factory contacts. Some are his sub-contractors during his past job. Really fortunate to have this help at such right time.
